No. There is always a way to exit the game, but we know you’ll be too involved to even think of leaving because you’ll miss out on the fun.

That depends on how well your team works together. If you solve the puzzles quickly and don’t need many clues, you might even be recognized on our Leader Board. Generally, you should plan on being with us about 1.5 hours, including check-in and orientation, game time, wrap-up, and a group picture. You have 60 minutes in the game room (unless you arrive late).

Just bring your friends, a smile, and expect to have a great time. Reading glasses are helpful at times if you use them, but reading is minimal.

Everything you need is provided for you in the room. No food or drink allowed. We suggest that you put cell phones away during the game to focus on activities and each other. A few pictures of your group having fun are fine, but please no posting spoilers on social media.

Start here: find the room you want to reserve, select your date and time, select the number of players, complete your information, and pay online. We welcome walk-ins, but we can’t guarantee that a room will be available if you didn’t confirm your time preference with a booking. Most escape rooms are booked in advance, so it’s always best to check the online schedule. If you’re visiting the Legacy Center, please stop by Suite 246 and check the schedule while you’re there. If the schedule allows, your group can book in person or you can book a future date.

Yes, all rooms become private after a booking is confirmed, so no one will be able to book in your time slot after you confirm your booking. If you want to add friends to a booking, we are happy to help you over the phone, or you can add players on game day, up to the room capacity.

It’s important for all guests that we follow the schedule. If you’re late, you can join your group when you arrive, but you’ll miss out on some fun. If your entire group is late, we will still go through orientation and get you started as quickly as possible, but your game will end at the scheduled end time. Please remember to check the map of the Legacy Center ahead of time so you know where to find us and allow sufficient travel time.

Unfortunately, if you are under the influence you may not be permitted to play. You and others around you will have a much better experience when you can think clearly. Your team needs you to participate at full capacity.

We may be able to add an extra space if you call to request a higher maximum number of players. Keep in mind, if you go over the recommended capacity, there will be a little less for each person to do when playing with larger groups. The price is still per person. Yes! Gift Certificates are great ideas for birthday presents, Christmas presents, or just because. You can purchase a gift certificate for any amount. To forward the gift certificate to someone special, simply click “forward gift via email” and add an email address and personal note. Gift certificate codes can be used multiple times until the full value is redeemed.
