No. There is always a way to exit the game, but we know you’ll be too involved to even think of leaving because you’ll miss out on the fun!

We suggest ages 8 and up.  8-14 year olds must be accompanied by at least one paying adult (over 18). Please call if you have any players under age 8. 248-572-3999

That depends on how well your team works together. If you solve the puzzles quickly and don’t need many clues, you might be even recognized on our Leader Board! Generally, you should plan on being with us ~1.5 hrs, including check-in and orientation, game time, wrap-up, and a group picture. You have 60 minutes in the game room (unless you arrive late).

Just bring your friends, a smile, and expect to have a great time. Oh, actually reading glasses are helpful at times if you use them. But reading is minimal.

Everything you need is provided for you in the room. No food or drink allowed. And we ask that you turn cell phones off during the game to focus on each other, and refrain from taking pictures/videos of puzzles while in the game rooms. A few pictures of your friends/family having fun during the game are fine, but no spoilers please! 

Start here, find the room you want to reserve, select your date and time, select the # of players, complete your information and pay online. Please feel free to call if you have questions, or need help planning a large group event (more than 10 players). 248-572-3999 during business hours, or 920-372-2733 during other times.

We can’t guarantee that a room will be available when you come if you didn’t confirm your time preference with a booking. Most escape rooms are booked in advance, so it’s always best to check the online schedule. But if you’re visiting the Legacy Center, please stop by Suite 246 and check the schedule while you’re there. If the schedule allows, your group can book in person, or you can book a future date.

Yes, all rooms become private after a booking is confirmed, so no one will be able to book in your time slot online after you confirm your booking. If you want to add friends to a booking, we are happy to help you with that over the phone, or you can add players on game day, up to the room capacity.

It’s important for all guests that we follow the schedule. If you’re late, you can join your group when you arrive, but you’ll miss out on some fun! If your entire group is late, we will still go through the Orientation, and get you started as quickly as possible…but your game will end at the scheduled end time. Please remember to check the Map of the Legacy Center ahead of time so you know where to find us, and to allow yourselves sufficient travel time.

Unfortunately, if you are under the influence you may not be permitted to play. You (and others around you) will have a much better experience when you’re able to think clearly. Your team needs you to participate at full capacity!

 We may be able to add an extra space if you call to request a higher maximum number of players. Keep in mind, if you go over the recommended capacity, there will be a little less for each person to do when playing with larger groups.
